Treatment of combustible gas:
(1) the discharge of combustible gas, if the discharge is large, should choose a place with fewer people as far as possible, pay attention to the prohibition of fire around, and equipped with the corresponding fire extinguisher, sand and water.
(2) when discharging combustible gas in the cylinder, the staff should stand on the side of the air outlet for operation to prevent the gas from gushing out and injuring people.
(3) when adopting the combustion method, the pressure reducing valve should be installed to control the speed of combustible gas and make the gas release slowly as far as possible so that it can be fully burned off in the combustion device.
Toxic gas treatment:
(1) when dealing with toxic gas, the staff must wear gas masks, gloves and other labor protection tools. Personnel irrelevant to the handling work are not allowed to enter the gas treatment area.
(2) the direct discharge of a small amount of toxic gas into the atmosphere must be carried out in remote places as far as possible with the consent of relevant departments, and the concentration of the controlled discharge outlet should be diluted below the allowable emission concentration. ,
(3) the absorbents and adsorbents used in the treatment of toxic gases shall ensure their effectiveness before use.
Combustion gas treatment:
(1) the powder, petroleum, grease and combustible substances adhered to the valve of the container or the appliance can be cleaned before the auxiliary gas treatment.
(2) combustible gas and combustible gas are strictly prohibited to be processed in the vicinity of the same place to prevent the occurrence of explosion accidents.
(3) in the treatment of combustion gas around, there should be no source of fire, no combustion and explosive materials.
Inert gas treatment:
Inert gases are not dangerous, but in large quantities they can reduce the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere and suffocate.
(1) discharge in an appropriate place outside.
(2) if the cylinder or instrument is indoors, connect the exhaust pipe and lead it to the outdoor for slow discharge.
