(3) adsorption, catalytic combustion method: this method combines the advantages of adsorption and catalytic combustion method, adopting new adsorption material honeycomb activated carbon adsorption, introduced after nearly saturated hot air stripping, parsing, take off the attached exhaust gas is introduced into the catalytic bed flameless combustion, to purify it outright, hot gas recycle in the system, greatly reduce the energy consumption.
This method is characterized by stable and reliable operation, low investment, low operation cost and convenient maintenance, and is suitable for the treatment of waste gas with high air volume and low concentration.
2. Catalytic combustion method:
The waste gas is heated and converted into harmless and odorless carbon dioxide and water through catalytic combustion; This method has the advantages of low ignition temperature, energy saving, high purification rate, convenient operation, small occupation area and large investment.
3. Condensation recovery method:
Direct introduction of organic waste gas into the condenser, through adsorption, absorption, plate disassembly, separation, can recover valuable organic matter. This method is suitable for high concentration of organic waste gas, low temperature and low air volume.
